1 cup, Greek Unsweetened Non-fat or 1% yogurt
1/4 cup, skim milk
1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
1/2 cup, mixed blueberries & blackberries
1.5 Tbsp. almond butter
Optional: top with nuts and seeds
