Meet Wendi Irlbeck
MS, RDN, LD, CISSN

Wendi is a Minnesota native. She established Nutrition with Wendi in East Lansing, Michigan in 2019 consulting with young athletes, families, and individuals virtually and onsite. Wendi specializes in enhancing health, and athletic performance with a focus on injury prevention by improving metabolic efficiency using nutrient periodization. She works closely with teen, collegiate, and adult athletes of all calibers. Wendi also works closely with business professionals, sport coaches, and medical professionals who want to lose fat, build strength, and live their healthiest life. She has helped overweight teens lose > 100 lbs and also helps teens gain weight with her simple systems. Wendi is a former collegiate athlete and physique competitor. She’s an internationally-recognized speaker, registered dietitian, writer, motivator, and lifestyle coach.


Wendi is a follower of Jesus and a devoted Christian who uses her God-given talents and abilities to help others as a means to glorify Christ. Wendi promotes an all foods fit approach with an emphasis on whole foods and supporting your local farmers.


She has built nutrition education programs for football, baseball, softball, TF/XC, soccer, LAX, swim and other team sports. Wendi is a former collegiate softball player, active weight lifter, and fitness coach. She partners with parents, sports performance staff, special needs, and recreational athletes, and organizations to eat and fuel for success.


Wendi earned her B.S. and M.S. in Food and Human Nutritional Science at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Wendi landed a competitive sports nutrition internship at the University of Florida as well as serving as the sports nutrition educator at UW-Stout for 2 years. Wendi has clinical and wellness experience working for companies like the Dairy Council, United Health Group, LifeTime Fitness, and the Mayo Clinic.


Wendi offers virtual nutrition coaching services across the USA, Canada, New Mexico, and the UK. Based in Nashville, TN but is available to travel on-site for events, retreats, and clinics.

Meet Brenna Dardar
MS, RDN

Coach Brenna is a dedicated registered dietitian with a passion for empowering individuals to lead healthier lives. Her journey began in clinical dietetics, where she gained invaluable experience working with a diverse range of patients managing various chronic diseases and conditions. This early experience honed her skills and deepened her understanding of the vital connection between diet and overall well-being.


Brenna’s lifelong passion for an active lifestyle, rooted in her cheerleading and dancing background, fueled her desire to help student-athletes perform at their best. After a personal journey of perseverance and growth, making the LSU cheerleading team, Brenna discovered her love for sports nutrition. Her commitment to the field led her to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Food Sciences from Louisiana State University.


During her undergraduate years, Brenna served as a performance nutrition intern for LSU’s athletic program, working closely with athletes from various sports, including football, baseball, running, swimming, and basketball. She later completed her dietetic internship at North Oaks Medical Center, seizing the opportunity to contribute to Southeastern Louisiana University’s newly established performance nutrition program during a sports nutrition rotation.


Recognizing the overwhelming abundance of information available today, Brenna is on a mission to simplify the process of choosing the right diet and lifestyle for optimal performance. She takes pride in teaching others how to fuel their bodies effectively and cultivate a healthy, sustainable lifestyle, aiming to alleviate confusion and overwhelm.


Brenna specializes in working with athletes across diverse sports such as soccer, football, LAX, baseball, track and field/cross country, and many other team sports. Additionally, she enjoys collaborating with adults who are passionate about fitness and seek to enhance their body composition. With Brenna’s expertise, individuals can navigate the complex world of nutrition with confidence, achieving their performance goals and fostering a lasting commitment to well-being.


Brenna is based in Spokane, WA with her husband who is in the military, and their daughter and fur babies.

Meet Sophia Williams, MS, RD

Sophia is a registered dietitian and sports nutritionist, avid runner, cyclist, and advocate for healthy living. Sophia is currently pursuing her PhD in Exercise Physiology at the University of Miami, where she is advancing her research skills to elevate sports nutrition with the latest science and research methods. Recently, Sophia ran her marathon debut at the New York City Marathon in 3:01!


Sophia earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology with a minor in Psychology at the University of Missouri where she ran cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field. While at Mizzou, Sophia competed on numerous SEC and Midwest Regional teams, earning the Tiger of the Week and the Tom Botts Awards. She earned her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics (Sports Nutrition emphasis) from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.


Sophia loves working with athletes in all sports but has worked particularly closely with runners (long-distance, cross country, track), cyclists, swimmers, and football and soccer players. She specializes in performance, muscle gain, disordered eating, RED-S, hormonal regulation, fat loss, and food allergies/sensitivities. Sophia has been fortunate to work with numerous NCAA Division I teams, including Arizona State Sun Devils football, Missouri Tigers football, and basketball, Saint Louis Billikens basketball and cross country, as well as the Alton Elite Hockey School.


Sophia loves to cook and to make food from scratch. She believes in creating lifelong healthy eating habits to properly fuel the body; food should provide energy and promote recovery while also being delicious and satisfying us emotionally! Her mission is to help all clients find this balance.

Meet Madison Wyatt, MS, RD

Coach Madison is a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping people build a better relationship with food through proper fueling. Her expertise lies in treating eating disorders and disordered eating, specifically in adolescents and athletics. Madison is the Sport Dietitian and Visiting Instructor in Nutrition at Oakland University, where she works with all sports teams to optimize performance and recovery, alongside teaching nutrition courses in the Interdisciplinary Health department.


Madison is a Michigan native who attended the University of Florida. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and master’s degree in Health Education and Behavior while playing on the women’s soccer team. Her passion for nutrition started at a young age during her own club soccer years, and it continues to shine through in her sports nutrition career. During her time at UF, Madison was a sports nutrition intern for the Gator’s Football program. After graduating, Madison competed her dietetic internship at the University of Michigan where she worked alongside sport dietitians across all sports.


Madison began her career as a registered dietitian at an outpatient eating disorder clinic. She gained valuable experience in treating eating disorders and believes this has built a strong foundation for treating eating disorders, disordered eating, RED-S, and underfueling in athletics. Her evidence-based practice is grounded in intuitive eating, and she believes everyone deserves to have a good relationship with food and their bodies. Madison takes pride in teaching people how to heal their relationship with food while reaching their goals as people and athletes.


Outside of work, you may find Madison playing soccer on her recreational team, cooking a new recipe, walking her dog Lunchbox, or socializing with friends and family.
