Nutrition with Wendi’s Muscle Building Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 8 oz low-fat Fairlife chocolate milk
  • 1/4 cup whole grain oats
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 4 oz Vanilla Greek Yogurt

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Enjoy immediately or freeze up to 24 hours then thaw.

Notes

  • Serves 1
  • For a higher calorie shake, add avocado or nut butter
