1 medium banana, frozen
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
8 oz low-fat Fairlife chocolate milk
1/4 cup whole grain oats
1 cup of spinach
4 oz Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Enjoy immediately or freeze up to 24 hours then thaw.
