MEN OR WOMEN'S 3 MONTH HEALTH AND FITNESS PROGRAM!
This 3-month program is for men and women who want to lose fat and build muscle that desire accountability and want a community. You will learn exactly what to eat to get shredded and receive custom coaching and your personalized macros. The average participant loses 15-20 lbs in this program.
Women's group will start on October 21st and Men's groups will start October 23rd and run through January 20th-22nd!

DETAILS OF THE PROGRAM
Weekly 45-minute video calls to review your progress on calories, meals, snacks, workouts, sleep, and hydration. This is a chance to get support, ask questions, and stay accountable to your goals.
Women's Group: Meets every Tuesday, starting February 11th and ending May 13th.
Men's Group: Meets every Thursday, starting February 13th and ending May 15th.
If you miss a session it is no problem! All sessions are recorded, slide decks, education, custom meal plan is all available to you in your designated folder.
We always encourage attendees to come to the sessions but life happens and you can still follow the plan and get results!
Recipes, resources and nutrition education on protein, fats, carbs, meals, snacks and how to best optimize your health!
You are given a custom calorie and protein plan to follow based on your goals. You are provided recommendations on budget and meals that fit your lifestyle and family. You will log your nutrition in My Fitness Pal to review with the lead dietitian.
Dietitian reviews labs, DEXA, exercise program and any other wellness goals or biometrics desired by the client. -Many of our participants have improved their testosterone levels, reduced cholesterol, reversed type 2 pre-diabetes, and improved their triglycerides!
We will cap the group at 10 people max!
Great community setting for those who want to be supported by others struggling with the same challenges but having fun along the way!
Great for spouses to work together but in separate groups with their peers to get the results they have longed for year after year.
